  • Yes, we use organic, hexane free castor oil, carefully chosen to align with our commitment to simple, high quality and low tox ingredients.

  • Apply directly to dry or irritated areas of the skin as needed. Suitable for use on hands, elbows, knees, lips, cuticles, and other areas requiring extra nourishment

  • Yes, our products are handcrafted in Australia in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

  • We do not use synthetic ingredients. Please refer to each product page for a full ingredient list.

  • Yes. We do not test our products on animals.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

  • Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we generally cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
